Policy & terms

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation or amendment less than 21 days prior to arrival will be charged a total of seven nights’ cancellation fee for 30 nights and above.
Any No-Show on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the total duration amount.
A full duration room charge will apply for cancellations and No-Show during blackout dates
Pre-termination or shortening of stay is not allowed after check-in and a full room charge will be imposed for the entire booking period.

Guarantee Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed by guests’ credit card or by the company to secure the bookings. Incidentals deposit of $300.00 on credit card verification.
